A Triumph resets thy empire — denarii spent, buildings razed, upgrades undone. In return, thou shalt receive Laurel Wreaths that grant +1% production per wreath, eternally. Achievements and total wreaths persist.
Roma Aeterna is a slow-burn idle game. Click the eagle to gain denarii. Spend them on buildings — from servi tilling the soil to the eternal city of Rome itself — that earn denarii on thy behalf.
Buildings unlock in tiers. Upgrades multiply production. Achievements grant compounding bonuses. When thou hast built sufficient wealth, celebrate a Triumph to reset for permanent Laurel Wreath bonuses.
Reaching the highest tiers and acquiring 1,000+ wreaths is a journey of months. The game saves automatically every thirty seconds and credits offline progress when thou returnest.
